By downloading, installing, or accessing the NewsDhara mobile application or visiting https://sbsphere.online/, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Intellectual Property & License

All content published within NewsDhara—including articles, editorial text, brand logos, layouts, graphics, audio, video, software code, and daily quotes—is the intellectual property of SB Sphere or its content licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and read news content for individual, non-commercial purposes.

2. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

Users must adhere to lawful and ethical standards when utilizing the platform:

  • Prohibited Actions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, duplicate, or redistribute content without prior written permission.
  • Anti-Abuse & Ads Fraud: You agree not to manipulate ad views, click ads repeatedly, employ automated bot networks, or misuse the in-app points reward system.
  • Community Guidelines: User-generated feedback, inquiries, or comments containing hate speech, harassment, vulgarity, or defamation will be removed, and the offending accounts permanently banned.

3. News Content, Quotes & Weather Accuracy

We strive for journalistic accuracy, verified sourcing, and reliable reporting. However, news events unfold dynamically. Meteorological forecasts are provided based on public meteorological feeds and are intended for general planning awareness.

4. Rewards, Points & Ad-Free System

The reward points system within NewsDhara is an optional promotional feature provided at our discretion. Points have no monetary cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for real currency, and may only be redeemed for temporary in-app ad-free sessions.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SB Sphere, its directors, developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the platform.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
